ABOUT JESSICA BUICK, PH.D.

Education & Training

Dr. Buick attended Fielding Graduate University, an APA-accredited institution, where she earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a certified concentration in Neuropsychology and specialized training in Forensic Psychology. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Buick worked in a neuropsychological assessment center under world-renowned neuropsychologist, Charles J. Golden, Ph.D. She was also fortunate to complete her internship training at the Southeastern Idaho Psychology Internship Consortium, which included working in a child and family outpatient clinic with a focus on autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, a juvenile detention center, a state psychiatric hospital with forensic and severe mentally ill populations, and a medical clinic where she collaborated with physicians to provide quality holistic care.

Her postdoctoral training was in a private practice setting, under Marilyn J. Wooley, Ph.D., where she developed competencies in areas including Critical Incident Stress Management and the treatment of posttraumatic stress in first responders. Having worked in such diverse settings has allowed Dr. Buick to develop expertise in the assessment and treatment of a variety of issues.
